Panthera Construction Inc. provides a one-year limited workmanship warranty on eligible work performed directly by Panthera Construction, beginning from the date of substantial completion. The warranty covers qualifying defects resulting from Panthera Construction's workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, owner-supplied materials, manufacturer defects, pre-existing conditions, structural movement or settlement, damage caused by other contractors, weather-related damage, or conditions outside Panthera Construction's control. Product and material warranties are provided separately by their respective manufacturers. Complete warranty terms will be included in the applicable written construction contract.
